Can I customize any location in the world?
Yes — any city, street, neighborhood, or set of coordinates worldwide. Simply search for your location in the customization window and we'll generate a map of that exact area.
How do I personalize my map?
Click "Design Your Map" on the product page. Enter your location, choose your map style, select your size, and add to cart. The customization window guides you through every step.
Can I add a personal message or date to my print?
You can add a headline, subtitle, and coordinates to your map through the customization window.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
Yes — the live preview updates in real time as you customize your map.
SIZING & QUALITY
What sizes are available?
We offer four sizes: 12×16" (30×40 cm), 16×24" (40×60 cm), 20×28" (50×70 cm), and 24×36" (60×90 cm). Visit our Size Guide for help choosing the right size.
What paper do you use?
All prints are produced on 250gsm enhanced matte paper — acid-free, fade-resistant, and museum-quality.
Are your prints framed?
Our prints are unframed. All sizes fit standard frames available at most home stores worldwide.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 8–12 days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Orders outside the US and Europe may be subject to local customs fees upon delivery. These are charged by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Trip Mapper.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number automatically.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Because every print is made to order and personalized, we are unable to accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact us at hello@tripmapper.store with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
